Our school offers two majors: Law and Social Work. In 2011, it was authorized to confer the degree of Master of Laws (LL.M.) in the first-level discipline Law and enroll students in 7 second-level disciplines of Jurisprudence, Constitution and Administrative Law, Criminal Law, Civil and Commercial Law, Economic Law, Procedural Law, and International Law; among them, the Civil and Commercial Law was rated as the provincial key discipline and the Economic Law as the university’s key discipline.

In 2014, it was authorized to confer the degree of Juris Master (J.M.) for students with or without a LL.B. degree, and began to enroll students the next year.

Our school has 5 departments including department of law, department of civil and commercial law, department of economic and trade law, department of criminal law and procedural law, department of social work.

It owns 12 research centers including center for commercial law, center for procedural law, center for the teaching of legal practice, center for real estate law, center for law and society, center for IPR law, center for social work, center for law and economics, center for fiscal, taxation and financial law, center for economic criminal law, center for comparative law, center for constitutionalism and the rule of administrative law. 

It has a reference room housing nearly 16,000 legal publications; owns a moot court, a legal clinic lab, a physical evidence lab, and a legal aid center.
