In the cultivation of postgraduates, we adhere to the strategy that seeks development with our characteristics through integrating law with economics and management and the approach that competes through differentiating our discipline from others; we give full play to the advantages of multiple disciplines by focusing on the intersection and integration of law with economics and management, so as to highlight the characteristics that our discipline of law is compatible, compound, and open.
Under the cultivation mode of “law + economics and management + humanities + social practice”, we readjust the curriculum by increasing interdisciplinary courses while not weakening the teaching of legal courses so as to highlight the characteristics of law as a discipline in universities of finance and economics, and improve the system for evaluating the teaching quality.
We cultivate compound and applied legal talents who have a solid foundation for legal theories and a broad research horizon and are able to blend into the mainstream of law discipline; who have economic and managerial expertise, all-round skills and strong social adaptability and are able to engage independently in research and teaching activities and to practice law.
