Prof. Zhang Yanying Attends 2019 Annual Conference of China Comparative Law Society

The 2019 Annual Conference of China Comparative Law Society was held in Chongqing on November 9-10, 2019. It was hosted by China Comparative Law Society and Southwest University of Political Science and Law and organized by the Civil and Commercial Law School of SUPCL. The conference theme was ‘comparative law and technological revolution’, aiming at answering from the perspective of law the risks and challenges brought by new technology.

Professor Zhuo Zeyuan, Vice president of China Law Society, Professor Zhang Beiping, Vice president of Southeast University of Political Science and Law, and Professor Gao Hongjun, President of China Comparative Law Society attended and addressed the opening ceremony.

Over 150 scholars and professionals from Qinghua University, Beijing University, China University of Political Science and Law, Renmin University of China and other universities and related departments attended the conference. Professor Zhang Yanying was invited to attend this grand event. She made a keynote speech on the topic of online negotiation from the perspective of dispute resolution and had in-depth discussions with the delegates on related topics.
