Teachers' Workshop Series: Teacher Cao Feng's Demo Class

On Nov 7, 2019, in Room 4616 of Yanshan campus, our school hosted the second session of Teachers' Workshop. This session, as required by a notice on organizing the university's teaching award contest in 2020, is designed to further improve our teachers' ability to teach and their basic skills in controlling the class by organizing a public demo class as part of the contest.

Teacher Cao Feng was asked to give a demo class. Using the app Rain Classroom, Cao explained in detail the "National Security Review System of Foreign Investment in the United States", a lesson from the course "International Economic Law". She was articulate; her lecture was informative, rich in content with well-designed PPT. After class she received suggestions from other teachers.

This event has built a platform for teachers to show how they teach or to observe how others teach. Their mutual observation and assessment can help them learn from each other, which will greatly improve their teaching.
