Teacher Shi Yan Attends Symposium on Settlement of “Belt and Road Initiative” Dispute

Symposium on “Belt and Road Initiative” Dispute Settlement in the New Era was held in Nanjing Audit University in November 23rd. The main issue is the sub-topic of National Social Science Fund major project – “China's Belt and Road Initiative Construction as well as Reform and Innovation on China's International Tax Law System”. This conference was sponsored by the National Social Science Fund's major project group and was organized by Law School of Nanjing Audit University.

The symposium was attended by Zhang Zhiyong, President of China International Tax Research Association (former deputy director general of the State Administration of Taxation); Wei Zhongyu, Deputy Secretary General of China International Tax Research Association; Yu Anping, vice president of Nanjing Audit University; Jiang Yuesheng, deputy director general of Jiangsu Provincial Taxation Bureau; Shi Jianwen, vice president of the Finance and Tax Law Research, Association of China Law Society; Professor Long Yingfeng, Dean of Law School of Shanghai Lixin University of Accounting and Finance; Professor Wang Zicheng, director of Research Department of Nanjing Audit University; Professor Liu Ailong, Dean of Law School of Nanjing Audit University; chief expert of National Social Science Fund, Professor Cui Xiaojing of Law School of Wuhan University; Ms Zhao Weiwei, deputy editor of China Tax Journal. Participants submitted nearly 60 academic papers.

During the meeting, one of the participants held “Belt and Road Initiative”, the other is the "International Tax Dispute Resolution". Associate Professor Shi Yan presided over the research projects – China's “Belt and Road Initiative” National Tax Policy Cooperation in 2019, completed the Concluding Reply in Chinese Academy of Financial Sciences on November 22, and then participated in this Academic Conference, exchanged views with relevant experts.
