About the Teacher:
Huang Juan is a professor and master tutor. She is a member of academy supervision committee of Shandong University of Finance and Economics. She is also a member of council of economic law research association of China Law Society, the deputy director of economic law research association of Shandong Law Society, a member of council of fiscal, taxation, and financial law research association of Shandong Law Society, the arbitrator of Jinan arbitration committee.
She is teaching undergraduate course "introduction to economic law", academic postgraduate course "economic law theory", professional postgraduate course "topics in economic law" and other courses. She has a research focus on competition law and financial law. She has presided over 5 projects, co-authored 1 book, edited and participated in the compilation of 4 teaching materials, and published many papers in "forum of political science and law" and "comparative law research".
