Li Zhen, the Assistant Dean of Law School of Shandong University of Finance and Economics, Associate Professor and Master's Tutor, major in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Law. Since taking office, he has published more than 10 academic articles in provincial journals such as Journal of Shandong University (Philosophy and Social Sciences), Study and Exploration and Social Sciences in Xinjiang; hosted and participated in 9 provincial and ministerial research projects including the Supreme People's Procuratorate of the People’s Republic of China, Ministry of Public Security, Shandong Social Science Planning Project, Standing Committee of Shandong Provincial People's Congress; hosted and participated in more than 10 department-level research projects including the Shandong Provincial Political and Law Commission, People’s Procuratorate of the Shandong Province; won several Science and Technology Progress Award of Shandong Provincial Government, won more than 10 department-level Excellent Achievement Award (Soft Science Category of Science and Technology Progress Award) of the Shandong Provincial Political and Law Commission, People’s Procuratorate of the Shandong Province, Public Security Department of Shandong Province, Education Department of Shandong Province, co-authored 4 books including "Research on Prosecutorial Power System of Procuratorial Organs" and "Research on Issues of Mitigation of Penalty in the Context of a Harmonious Society".
